    SUMMER 2025
  • This form is for Gordon College students and employees to register a vehicle and obtain a college parking permit during the summer of 2025.

  • For Students:

    • Use this form to obtain a SUMMER 2025 student parking permit.
    • There is no fee for vehicles registered for the summer.
    • You will be issued a 2024-25 student sticker. It is only valid until the day before classes start for the 2025-26 school year.
    • If you will have a car on campus for the 2025-26 school year, you must register again and obtain a new sticker at the end of this summer.

    For Faculty & Staff:

    • This form can be used to register a vehicle with the college any time.
    • Faculty/staff permits do not expire and there is no charge.

It is very important that your PLATE, GORDON USERNAME (first.last), and GORDON ID# are entered accurately.

Once your registration application is submitted, you are free to park on campus in any space that is available for your sticker classification (see the Parking & Driving Manual for details about where your sticker allows you to park).

Your parking sticker will be delivered to your campus mailbox, typically within one week. If you do not have a campus mailbox, your sticker can be picked up at the Gordon Police office once it has been processed.

A detailed description of parking regulations and restrictions is available in our guide to Parking and Driving at Gordon College.

If you have any questions or issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at police@gordon.edu.

  • Woodland-Only Option (Juniors and Seniors Only)

For juniors and seniors who are willing to be restricted to the Woodland Parking lot at all times, a limited number of Woodland-Only parking permits are available at a discounted rate (a discount of $100 off of the annual registration fee, or $50 off of the semester fee). You should not choose this option unless you understand that you will be required to park in the Woodland parking lot at all times. If your vehicle is found parked on the main campus for any length of time, no matter how short, it will be subject to a fine.

If you would like to request a Woodland-Only permit, please indicate below. By requesting the permit, you are affirming that you understand you are restricted to the Woodland lot at all times, and that you will be responsible for all fines incurred for parking on the main campus. We encourage you to carefully consider whether this parking limitation will truly fit your parking needs before requesting this option.
