OPT START DATE:

I understand that the OPT start date can be any day between 1-60 days after my Program End Date, which is listed on my most-recent I-20. I understand that most students choose a date roughly 2 weeks after the Program End Date, in order to give them some time to move off-campus and get settled before starting work.

If I am requesting STEM OPT, then I understand that the OPT Start Date is 1 day after my current OPT End Date.
