Visitor or Temporary Use Vehicle Pass

This form may be used to obtain a temporary parking pass for the following:

• For campus visitors who will be parking a car on campus overnight; or
• For Gordon College students and employees who will be using a car on campus temporarily (3 weeks or less).

Instructions for Guests/Visitors: 

• If you will only be parking on campus during the day, there is no need to apply for a visitor pass.
• Use this form if you will be parking overnight.
• There is no fee.
• Please select "CAMPUS GUEST/VISITOR" under "Applicant Type" below.  

Instructions for Current Students

• If have already registered a car this school year (and paid the annual registration fee) and will just be using this car temporarily, there is NO charge.
  
• Passes are available in the following increments (the following fees apply if you do not already have a car registered for this school year; the fee will be applied to your student account): 
  1. 24-Hour Pass: $3.00
  2. 3-Day Pass: $7.00
  3. 1-Week Pass: $15.00
  4. 2-Week Pass: $29.00
  5. 3-Week Pass: $44.00
• Temporary passes should not be used to delay registering a car that will be on campus for longer than 3 weeks (doing so will end up costing you more). If you will be using this car for longer than 3 weeks, please register using our Vehicle Registration Form.
• Please note that we only charge students one (1) vehicle registration fee each school year. If you are only requesting this pass because you intend to register another car later in the school year, it is better for you to simply register this car now (using the Vehicle Registration Form); you will not be charged again for a second sticker when you register a subsequent car in the same school year.

For Current Employees:

• Use this form if you will be using a car other than the one you normally drive to campus for more than a day and less than 3-weeks. 
• There is NO charge. 
• If you will be using this car longer term, we recommend you register it using our Vehicle Registration Form.
